CWYW 17: I received the message "Please move the insert point outside of the reference list" when attempting to insert a citation.

Answer: You are attempting to insert a citation inside the reference list. Reference Manager does not allow you to insert citations in the middle of the reference list as the citation will be deleted when the reference list is updated.
