What is the Databases Used field? Why can't I add my library here? |

Answer: The Databases Used field available in the Generate Bibliography
dialog box under the Database tab in Word will only tell you the name
of the database or databases that were used for the formatted citations
within the document. If your document is unformatted, this window will
be empty.
When you generate your bibliography in Word, only the currently
opened databases will be checked for matching references. If a
specific database is used to format a citation in your document,
that database will be added to this field.
