I just bought the download version, but I am not sure where I saved the installer file I just downloaded. What is this file called? How can I find it on my computer? |
Answer:
Reference Manager 12: The installer file is called "RefMan12.exe".
Reference Manager 11: If you bough the"Full Win Download" the installer file is called "RefMan11.exe".
If you bought the "Upgrade Win Download" version, the file is called "RM11upgd.exe".
If you cannot find the file, click the Windows Start button and select "Search" or "Find" and run a file search on your hard drive for the filename.
