Install 17: When trying to install Reference Manager 11 or later, I'm getting a 1722 error. How can I resolve this?

Answer: First, make certain that you are using Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 or higher or Windows XP with Reference Manager 11, or Windows XP and Vista with Reference Manager 12 or higher. Reference Manager is not compatible with earlier versions of Windows.

Additionally, be sure that you are logged in as an administrator, and that all anti-virus and anti-spyware software is turned off. This should allow you to install the software without getting the 1722 error message.
